Noble Soaps for Noble Hearts

Isaura Avocado Lime Soap

$6.75

Isaura Alcantara Diaz (1924-1968) was the matriarch of a Oaxacan family of artists. The town she was from only created utilitarian items until she began making decorative human figures. During the 1960s, art collectors such as Norman Rockefeller bought many of these figures.

Avocados are believed to have originated in the Tehuacan Valley, in the state of Puebla.

Limes are believed to have originated in Southeast Asia. Today, Mexico is a major producer of limes.

This soap is shaped to resemble the dahlia flower, which is the national flower of Mexico.

Net wt.: 3.5oz/100g

Ingredients: Coconut oil, sunflower oil, water, sodium hydroxide, castor oil, avocado oil, fresh avocado, lime distilled essential oil.

My soaps are handmade, which means that each one is unique and varies depending on the batch. I recommend you drain out any soap dish you use to avoid your soap dissolving faster. Any handmade cold process soap should be stored in a dry area.
