Zitkála-Šá (1876-1938) was a Yankton Dakota Sioux writer, editor, translator, educator, musician and political activist. She penned the libretto and songs for the first Native opera, "The Sun Dance Opera" in 1913. In 1926 she co-founded the National Council of American Indians and was the president of the council until her death.

Blueberries are native to North America. The creation of this soap is inspired by the sunflower, which is native to North America. It contains sunflower oil and is shaped to resemble the sunflower.
