Amelio Aloe Vera Soap
Amelio Robles Avila (1889-1984) was a trans man who served as a colonel in the Mexican Revolution. Later in life, he received multiple decorations as a veteran of the Revolution; including the Mexican Legion of Honor.
Aloe vera originated in the Arabian Peninsula, but it eventually became naturalized around the world, including in Mexico.
This soap is shaped to resemble the dahlia flower, which is the national flower of Mexico.

My soaps are handmade, which means that each one is unique and varies depending on the batch. I recommend you drain out any soap dish you use to avoid your soap dissolving faster. Any handmade cold process soap should be stored in a dry area.
